These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Tovan ("we," "us," or "our"), a company operating from British Columbia, Canada. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Tovan provides software tools, including but not limited to mortgage affordability calculators, available as white-label solutions for businesses. Our services are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
2. Use of Services
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when requested
- Use the services only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to access systems or data without authorization
- Not resell or redistribute our services without written permission
3. White-Label Services
White-label services are provided under separate agreements. Pricing, terms, and conditions for white-label deployments will be specified in individual service agreements. All white-label deployments remain subject to these Terms unless explicitly superseded.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and intellectual property on this website and in our services are owned by Tovan or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except as expressly permitted under a white-label agreement.
5. Disclaimer
Our tools provide estimates and calculations for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Mortgage qualification decisions are made by lenders based on their own criteria. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided by our tools.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tovan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tovan and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
